These lounge chairs is a great example of the leading design idea of the Bauhaus time. "Form follows function" was the leading idea of that time. These Bauhaus inspired armchairs were produced in the 1930s most likely in Germany. Upholstery is the original pale bottle green subtle geometric pattern and nickel-plated tubular steel construction in good original condition. I will provide "flat pack" dimensions upon taking them apart. This should save in terms of shipping. less

Minor fading on one chair. The other has a water stain.
These pieces should be reupholstered. The original Art Deco upholstery features geometric designs. The steel tubing should also be polished.
I will make an attempt at polishing, then update the listing accordingly. I will also attempt to oil the walnut armrests as well. less
